AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE
18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 68R-135 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of lot 6 of the J. D. Taylor Tract, in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as per
map recorder in Book 36 pages 58, 59 and 60 of Miscellaneous
Records, in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said lotP thence
South 170 00' 45" East 7.32 feet along the westerly line of
said lot to a point on a non -tangent curve concave southerly,
having a radius of 1240.00 feet, a radial to said point bears
North 40 37' 03" East; thence easterly 107.95 feet along said
curve through a central angle of 4° 59' 17" to the beginning
of a reverse curve concave northerly, having a radius of
1160.00 feet; thence easterly 386.83 feet along said curve
through a central angle of 190 06' 24" to the northwest corner
of the land described,as Parcel 1 in the Lis Pendens recorded
April 29, 1966, in Book 7917 page 373 of Official Records of
said Orange County; thence easterly along the north line of
said Parcel 1 and the easterly prolongation thereof to the cen-
ter line of Jefferson Street as shown on a :gap filed in Book 28
page 20 of Record of Surveys, in the office of the County
Recorder of said Orange County; thence North 170 00' 45" West
along said center line to an angle point therein; thence North
290 11' 15" gest 148.92 feet along the east line of said lot;
thence South 61° 27' 05" vilest 371.25 feet and South 840 51' 05"
West 158.21 feet along the north line of said J. D. Taylor
Tract to the point of beginning.

now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COiaiMRCIAL ZONE, upon the following
conditions:
1. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view and the sound buffered from adjacent residen-
tial homes, prior, to final building and zoning inspections.
2. That all external lighting shall be directed downward
and away from abutting property lines, prior to final building
and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning iiap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning i�iap as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and stall cause the same -co be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall tape effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINAIN CE is approved and signed by me

and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 26th
day of November, 1968, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Pebley
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor Pro Tem of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2611 on the 26th day
of November, 1968.
