AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM X-ITEND-
IN TITLE 13 OF THE P1,1AHEIM MIUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
V-7HEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolutions
Nos. 7353, 66R-483 and 67R-295 determining that, a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of -LE'Lie City
Planning Cormuission; and
1dHEIREAS, certain conditions and requirements the

made as conditions precedent to he making of a change or changes
of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with
as to the property hereinafter described.

SECTION 1-.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim _`Lunicipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereijy, amended by c-1,.anging the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 13 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or c-ianges
as follows:
That all of the area situated in -"--he City OT 1',.naheim,
County of orange, State of California, descri�Ded as follows,
to wit:
Parcel 1:
Lot 2, Tract No. 1635, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 49, pages 1 and 2, Mliscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California.
Parcel 2:
Lot 1, Tract No. 1633, as shown on a map recorded
in book 49, pages 1 and 2, Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California.
now is R-1, ONE-FAS4ILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the
following conditions:
1. That the entire property or area described in
Resolution No. 7353, Reclassification Proceedings
Nos. 60-61-96 and 61-62-30, shall be developed in
accordance with Precise Plan Study, Exhibit No. 5,
on file with the City of Anaheim.

2. Concrete paving and provisions of tree walls or
landscaping, including street trees, of the parkway
portion of the street and highway rights of way
abutting said Lot 2, and the landscaping of the front
yard of said Lot 2, plans for said landscaping to be
submitted to and subject to the approval of the
Superintendent of Parkway and Maintenance, and to be
installed prior to final building inspection. The
maintenance of all landscaping required on subject
Lot 2 shall be considered a condition of use of
subject Lot 2.
3. Provision of enclosed trash storage areas, subject
to the approval of the Director of Public Works and
Superintendent of Streets, at the rear of said Lot
2, adequate in size to contain all trash within the
enclosure, prior to final building inspection. 'There
shall be no outdoor storage of materials under any
circumstances.
4. Signs and advertisements located on subject Lot 2,
and visible from State College Boulevard or Underhill
Avenue, shall be limited to one free-standing sign
for Lot 2, with a maximum of eight square feet of area.
Said signs shall be of uniform nature with the signs
on the other properties described in Resolution No.
7353 in these reclassification proceedings, and shall
be subject to the approval of the Architectural
Committee. No flags, banners, lighted signs, bill-
boards, or rotating devices shall, under any circum-
stances be permitted; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that in the
event the existing structures on subject Lot 2 are
removed, signing shall be permitted in acordance with
the Sign Ordinance governing the C-1, GENERAL C011-1MERCIAL
ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning €Iap showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me this 16th
