AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUI4ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A14AIlLIM DOES FII4D
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 65R-660 determining that a change
or changes in a zone -or zonesereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of Lots 1 and 2 and the West half of the
Northwest quarter of Section 4, in Township 4 South,
Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the land conveyed
to John Walter Walls and wife, by deed recorded February 7,
1923, in book 453, page 263, Deeds, records of said
Orange County; thence South along the East line of said
Walls land, 1028.6 feet to a point which is 1319.9 feet
North of the intersection of said East line produced
Southerly with the South line of the Northwest quarter
of said section, said point being also the Northeasterly
corner of the land conveyed to Peter Allec, Jr. and
others, by deed recorded March 2, 1928, in book 140,
page 93, Official Records; thence Westerly along the
Northerly line of said land conveyed to Peter Allec, Jr.,
and others, 825.89 feet to a point on the East line of
the land described as Parcel 2 in the deed to J.W. Walls
and wife, recorded November 1, 1928, in book 208, page
421, Official Records; thence North along the Easterly
line of the land described in Parcel 2 of said land in

above mentioned deed to the Northeast corner thereof;
thence North 870 51` East 9.81 feet; thence North parallel
to the West line of said Northwest quarter, 725.96 feet
to a point in the North line of said land conveyed to
John Walter Walls and wife, by said deed recorded in book
453, page 263, Deeds, records of said Orange County;
thence North 870 43-1/2° East along the said Northerly
line, 815.4 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying Southeasterly of
the following described line:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of La
Palma Avenue, 106 feet wide, with the centerline of
Jefferson Street, said centerline of Jefferson Street
being the West line of Fractional Section 4, Township 4
South, Range 9 West, S.B.B.& M., said intersection also
being shown on Orange County Surveyors Tie Book 123,
page 8, on file in the office of the County Surveyor of
said Orange County; thence South 87° 43° 14 East 500.00
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave North-
westerly having a radius of 1,200.00 feet; thence East-
erly and Northeasterly along said curve through a central
angle of 51° 29` 54" an arc distance of 1,078.58 feet;
thence North.40° 46' 52" East 540.05 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Southeasterly having a radius
of 1,600.00 feet; thence Northerly and Easterly along said
curve through a central angle of 49° 461 45" an arc dis-
tance of 1,390.10 feet to the intersection with the
centerline of Coronado Street (formerly Walnut Street).
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, subject to
the following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks,
street grading and paving, drainage facilities,
or other appurtenant work shall be complied with
as required by the City Engineer, and in accord-
ance with standard plans and specifications on
file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the
time the property is developed.
2. That the owners of the property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot
for street lighting purposes, said amount to be.
paid at the time the property is developed.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the. City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the. Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (3.0) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
