AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF A14AIIEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A4AHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 70R-5 _ determining that a change
or changes in tha zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The Westerly 468.01 feet of that portion of the South-
east quarter of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 10
West in the Rancho Los Coyotes, in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, shown. as Parcel 1
on a map filed in Book 10, page 35 of Parcel Maps in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County.
now is ISI -1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the
following conditions:
1. That the sidewalks shall be installed along Muller
Street as required by the City Engineer and in accordance
with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office
of the City Engineer.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file with the office of
the Director of Public Works.
3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required
and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department.

4. That subject property shall be served by under-
ground utilities.
5. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view.
6. That a parcel map to record the approved division
of subject property be submitted to and approved by the
City of Anaheim and then be recorded in the office of the
Orange County Recorder.
7. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, above
mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building
and zoning inspections.
8. That the owner of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of $75.00 per multiple -family
unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes, said
amount to be paid at the time the building permit is issued.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 1st
day of December, 1970, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2874 on the 1st day of December,
1970.
