AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A14AI"lLIM DOES FI14D
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. ��nri 651R-46'5 determining that a change
or c angles in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions 114ve been com-
plied with, as to tine ro)erty hereinafter descr-Lned.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:

the following conditions:
1. That the owner of subject pro-�erty shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of *75.00 ,ger apartmen-t- unit,
to be used for -3ar"- and recreation pur-poses, said
amount to ija n-aia at the time the building permit is
issued.
4. That trash storage areas shall be 'provided in accord-
ance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public Wor!'�s and Superintendent of Streets,
prior to final building and zoning inspections.
3. That fire hvdrants shall be installed as reauired and
determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department, said fire hydrants to be installed prior to
final building and zoning inspections; and that a
water flow shall be -provided which is determined by
the Chief of the Fire Department to be sufficient for
adeauate fire orotection.
4. That a modified cul-de-sac shall be constructed at the
terminus of Conley Avenue which shall be subject to
approval of the City Engineer: and that said cul-de-sac

east of the terminus of Conley Avenue.

SECTION 2.

the zone in which it is now situated, and incor-
porated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said

is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning m.ar.-, to be added
to the City Zoning IIap showing the changes hereby anDroved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall cer-tif-,17 to the nassage of t'lais
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once spit ih
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) clays from and after its final
passage it shall ta.'�e effect and be in full force.
