AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THAT: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 70R-�9_ determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones+fiereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Tract No. 3258 and Lot No.
19-20, Miscellaneous Maps,
County Recorder.
13, recorded in Book 99, pages
in the Office of the Orange
now is R -A, Agricultural Zone, and that it be changed to
and incorporated in C-11 General Commercial Zone, upon the
following conditions:
1. That the driveways shall be installed along Katella
Avenue and Humor Drive as required by the City Engineer
and in accordance with.approved plans on file with the
office of the City Engineer.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accord-
ance with approved plans on file with the office of
the Director of Public Works.
3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and
determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department.

4. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
5. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed along
the north property line.
6. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view and the sound buffered from adjacent
residences.
7. That any parking area lighting proposed shall be down -
lighting of a maximum height of 6 -feet, which lighting
shall be directed away from the property lines to
protect the residential integrity of the area.
8. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on file with
the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
9. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, above-
mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final build-
ing and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (3.0) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

at a regular meeting of the'City Council of the City of Anaheim, held
on the 22nd day of September, 1970, and that the same was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
29th day of September, 1970, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2859 on the 29th day of
September, 1970.
