AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF A14AHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A14AHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
Nos. ��3� 66R-634_ determining that a change
or c anges in a zone or zones ereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
All that certain land situated in the State of California,
County of Orange, City of Anaheim, described as follows:
The southerly rectangular 315 feet of that portion of Lot
2, in Block "K" of the Kraemer Tract, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California.
Beginning at a point distant 38.10 rods Westerly measured
at right angles, from a point in the Easterly line of said
lot, said latter point being 70 rods Southerly from the
Northeasterly corner of said lot; thence Southerly, parallel
to the Easterly line of said lot, 42 rods; thence Westerly,
parallel to the Northerly line of said lot 41.90 rods to a
point in the Westerly line of said lot; thence Northerly
along said Westerly line 42 rods; thence Easterly parallel
to the Northerly line of said lot, 41.90 rods to the point
of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 11.35 feet thereof.

now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the fol-
lowing conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street
grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other
appurtenant work shall be complied with as required
by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard
plans and specifications on file in the Office
of the City Engineer at the time the property is
developed.
2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front
foot for street lighting purposes, said amount
to be paid at the time the property is developed.
3. That all plans for development of the property
shall be submitted to and approved by the Architectural
Control Committee on the basis of compatibility
of development, both structurally and architecturally.
SECTION 2.2
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of June , 19 70

at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held
on the 2nd day of June, 1970, and that the same was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 9th day
of June, 1970, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Clark, Stephenson, Pebley, Thom and Dutton
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2820 on the 9th day of
June, 1970.
