AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF A14AHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THAT: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A14AHLIM DOES FIND
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
Nos. 69R-342 and 69R-443 determining that a change
or changes in a zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
All that certain land situated in the State of Cali-
fornia, County of Orange, City of Anaheim, described
as follows:
That portion of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 10 [Nest,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on
a map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous haps,
records of Orange County, California.
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of the land des-
cribed in Final Order of Condemnation to the State of
California, filed September 1, 1964, and recorded in
Book 7203, page 704 of Official Records of said County;
thence Southerly along the Viesterly line of said South-
east quarter, 124.00 feet; thence Easterly at right
angles to said Westerly line, 171.00 feet; thence North-
easterly in a direct line 132.00 feet, to a point in the
Southwesterly line of the land described in said Final
Order of Condemnation, said Southwesterly line cited. as
"South 68° Al' 38" East 141.88 feet", said point being
distant Southeasterlv thereon 67.00 feet from the North-
westerly terminus thereof; thence Northwesterly along
68-69-65

said Southwesterly line, 67.00 .feet; thence continuing
Northwesterly, Southwesterly and Westerly along said
Southwesterly line to the point of beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be changed to and incor-
porated in C-1, GENERAL C012,1ERCIAL ZONE, subject to the follow-
ing conditions:
1. That a Parcel Map to record the approved division
of subject property be submitted to the City
of Anaheim for approval and then recorded in the
Office of the Orange County Recorder.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the
Office of the Director of Public Works.
3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required
and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the
Fire Department.
4. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall
be properly shielded from view, and the sound shall
be buffered from adjacent residential homes.
5. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed
along the south, east and northeasterly property
line.
6. That the alignment of subject property's north-
easterly property line adjacent to the Orange
Freeway shall be approved by the State Division
of Highways.
7. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 above-
mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final
building and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is
hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Pebley
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2811 on the 12th day of May,
1970.
