AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THAT: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. R- 51 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones ereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of the Rancho
Santiago de Santa Lina, bearing North 32° 42-1/2' East
612.62 feet from, a stake marked S.S.A. 69, as shown on a
map of a portion of the Travis Tract recorded in Book 2,
page 8, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County; thence North 32° 42-1/21 East 706.38 feet along
said Rancho line to Station 68; thence worth 281 38-3/4'
East 163.80 feet along said Rancho line to a point bearing
North 890 43-1/2' Vilest 1144.56 feet fror, the Northeast
corner of Lot Five (5) of the Travis Tract, as shown on
a map recorded in book 5, page 120, i-Jiscellaneous Records
of Los luzgeles County, California; thence South 89' 45-1/2'
East 247.63 feet to a point, said point being te- point of
beginning of the property herein described running hence

feet parallel to the Last line of said Lot five (5) to a

EXCEPT THEREFROM that portion lying Southerly and Easterly
of the Westerly line of the land described in deed to the
State of California recorded April 20, 1967 in Book 8229,
page 953, Official Records.
now is COUNTY A-1, GENERAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE. and that it be changed
to and incorporated in CITY OF ANAHEIM, M-1, LIGHT MANUFACTURIivG
ZONE, upon the following conditions:
1. That subject property shall be developed in accordance
with circulation depicted on Area Development Plan
No. 105, Alternate No. 6.
2. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading
and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant
work shall be complied with as required by the City
Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and
specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer, at the time the property is developed.
3. That the owner of subject property shall install street
lighting on all streets within the area, as required
by the Director of Public Utilities, at the time the
property is developed.
S ECT I ON 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated
in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth,
and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning
map to be added to the City Zoning tap snowing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTIO1 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to tine passage of tris
Ordinance and shall cause the safe to be printed once wi t.lin
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Analfieirc, Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2808 on the 28th day of April,
1970.
