AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF A14AHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 68R-453 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL 1;
The South half of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded
in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office
of the County Recorder of said county.
EXCEPT that portion

thereof described in the deed to the
recorded March 5, 1965, in Book 7435,
Records.
That portion of the West half of the Northeast quarter
of the southeast quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana,
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said county,
described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of Rio
Vista Street and Lincoln Avenue, formerly Anaheim -Olive
Road as said intersection is shown on a map of Tract No.
3824, recorded in Book 146, pages 4 and 5 of said Miscel-
laneous Maps; thence North 016 03' 49" East 113.02 feet
along said centerline of Rio Vista Street; thence North
880 56' 11" West 40.00 feet; thence South 50° 39' 41" West
62.01 feet to a line parallel with and northerly 55.00
feet from said centerline of Lincoln Avenue; thence North
78° 01' 24" West 229.00 feet along said parallel line;
thence North 600 47' 47" West 270.12 feet; thence North
460 25' 39" West 151.35 feet to the easterly line of said
West half and the true point of beginning; thence North
460 25' 3911 West 482.73 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave northeasterly having a radius of 450.00 feet; thence
northwesterly 351.88 feet along said curve through a central
angle of 440 48' 12"; thence North. 01° 37' 27" West 73.80
feet to the northerly line of said southeast quarter; thence
South 89° 14' 48" East 505.13 feet along said northerly
line to said easterly line of said west half; thence South
10 05' 36" West 713.27 feet along said easterly line to
the true point of beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,'
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated
in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth,
and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning
map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
me this 14th day of April , 19 70.

adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 14th day
of April, 1970, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2803 on the 14th day of April,
1970.
