AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 65R-660 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Parcel 1:
The East one-half of Lot 44 of Hazard's Subdivision,
as shown on a licensed Surveyors Map filed in Book
1, at Page 26, of Record of Surveys, in the office
of the County Recorder of said Orange County.
Parcel 2:
The South half of that portion of the Hazard's Sub-
division as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book
1, Page 26 of Record of Surveys, in the office of the
County Recorder of said county, lying northerly of
the following described line: Beginning at the inter-
section of the centerlines of Coronado Street &
Jefferson Street, as shown on a Map thereof recorded
in Book 20, Page 5 of Parcel Maps; thence along said
last mentioned centerline, North 0° 33' 00" West
1044.14 feet to the intersection thereof with the
Westerly prolongation of the Northerly line of Parcel
1 as shown on said Parcel Map, said last mentioned
intersection being the true point of beginning; thence

along said prolongation and said Northerly line, North
89° 08' 14" East 880.07 feet to the Southerly prolonga-
tion of the Easterly line of Lot 41 of said Hazard
Subdivision. EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion thereof
lying Northerly of the following described line: Begin-
ning at the intersection of the centerlines of Orange-
thorpe Avenue and Jefferson Street as shown on said
Parcel Map; thence along said last mentioned centerline
South 0° 33' 00" East 2209.91 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence North 890 19' 00" East 880.05 feet to
the Northerly prolongation of the Easterly line of Lot
44 of said Hazard Subdivision. ALSO EXCEPTING therefrom
that portion thereof lying Westerly of the Easterly
line of Parcel 1 of said Parcel Map and Northerly prolonga-
tion thereof.

incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following
conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading
and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall
be complied with as required by the City Engineer, and in
accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in
the office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is
developed.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (1.5) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
