3021ORDINANCE NO. 3021
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM? AMEND-
ING TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32, SECTION 14.32,
190 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING
TO PARKING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.190 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended by
deleting paragraphs 25 and 64 and adding paragraph 81 to read
as follows:
"SECTION 14.32.190 NO PARKING AT ANY TIME --STREETS
DESIGNATED.
81. Ball Road, on both sides, from State College
Boulevard to three hundred feet west of Ox Road
and from West Street at Flore Street to Walnut
Street; on the north side, from Nutwood Street
to two hundred feet west of Nutwood Street and
from six hundred fifty feet east of Brookhurst
Street to two hundred twenty feet east of
Perdido Street; on the south side, from Brook-
hurst Street to the West City Limits."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (1.5) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 4th day of April , 1972.
