AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 67R-310 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of Lot 28 of Anaheim Extension in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, as shown on a Map of Survey by William Hamel,
a copy of which is shown in Book 3, pages 162 to
164 inclusive of "Los Angeles County Maps", in the
Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, Cali-
fornia, described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 28;
thence South 890 46' 30 West 471.32 feet along the
south line of said Lot 28; thence North 160 56' 30"
West 403.33 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence North 890 46' 30" East 322.31 feet to a point
that is South 890 44' 30" West 30.60 feet from the
centerline of Harbor Blvd., as surveyed by Hamel;
thence North 110 07' 30" East 76.60 feet along a line
parallel with and 30.00 feet westerly to the beginning
of a curve concave westerly having a radius of 970.00
feet; thence northerly 131.90 feet along said curve
through a central angle of 070 47' 27" to the northerly
line of the land described in the Deed recorded August 20,
1914 in book 258, page 332 of Deeds of said County;
thence South 740 18' 15" West 398.84 feet along said
northerly line; thence South 160 56' 30" East 103.95
feet to the true point of beginning.

now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE, C--1, GENERAL COMMER-
CIAL ZONE and M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in C-R, COMMERCIAL RECREATION ZONE, upon the
following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and ctutters, sidewalks,
street grading and paving, drainage facilities,
or other appurtenant work, shall be. complied with
as required by. the City Engineer, and in accord-
ance with standard plans and specifications on
file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the
time the property is developed.
2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front
foot for street lighting purposes, said amount
to be paid at the time the property is developed.
3. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of 15¢ per front foot
for tree planting purposes, said amount to be paid
at the time the property is developed.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the
office of the. Director of Public Works and Super-
intendent of Streets, prior to final building
inspection.
5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view and shall be in archi-
tectural conformance with the structure.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the. Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
