AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING CERTAIN
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL AS SET FORTH IN
ORDINANCE NO. 3435 RELATING TO ZONING
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 74-75-26.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES
FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its
Resolution No. 75R-134 determining that a change or changes in
the zone or zones therein mentioned and described should be
made after duly noticed hearing and receipt of the report and
recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain
conditions and requirements precedent to the adoption of an
ordinance changing said zone or zones, which conditions and
requirements have been satisfied; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted
Ordinance No. 3435 changing said zone or zones on the real
property therein described subject to those certain conditions
as set forth in said Ordinance.
WHEREAS, the City Council did thereinafter adopt
Resolution No. 85R-45 amending the conditions of approval as
theretofore imposed in Resolution No. 75R-134 relating to said
zone change; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 85R-45 authorizes
an amendment to Ordinance No. 3435 relating to said conditions
of approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That conditions of approval Numbers 8, 9 and 10
as set forth in Ordinance No. 3435 be, and the same are
hereby, amended, respectively, to read as follows:
"8. That subject property shall be developed with
general offices substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked
Revision No. 3 of Exhibit No. 1, and Exhibit Nos. 2 through 5.
"9. That the regular hours of operation shall be
limited to 7:00 a.m. to midnight daily.

"10. That Condition Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8,
above-mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building
and zoning inspections."
SECTION 2.
That, except as expressly amended herein, Ordinance
No. 3435 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and 'thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29th day
of January 1985
