Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:05 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Pickler moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held October 2, 1984, March 12 and March 19, 1985. Agency Member Bay
seconded the motion. Agency Member Pickler abstained on the minutes of
October 2, 1984 since he was not present. Agency Members Kaywood and Overholt
were absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$586,421.68 for the period ending March 22, 1985 and $591,154.80 for the
period ending March 29, 1985, in accordance with the 1984-85 Budget, were
approved.

CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Roth, seconded by Agency
Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161/107: Approving a Request for Proposal for relocation of the Kroeger
House from 1001 East Lincoln Avenue and the Holman House from 208 South
Philadelphia Street to Heritage Square or other suitable site.
2. 161: Receiving and filing the Monthly Status Report for February 1985.
End of Consent Calendar. Agency Members Kaywood and Overholt were absent.
MOTION CARRIED.
Agency Members Kaywood and Overholt entered the Council Chambers at 10:07 a.m.
161/121: CONDEMNATION HEARING: To consider the acquisition of property
located at 1000 East Lincoln Avenue, owned by Don R. and Jackie Roth; and
Gay1en B. and Arzetta J. Compton.
Submitted was report received March 22, 1985 from the Executive Director, Norm
Priest, recommending that the Agency find and determine the public interest
and necessity for acquiring and authorizing the condemnation of certain real
property within the Redevelopment Project Area and authorizing the law firm of
Oliver, Stoever & Laskin to proceed with said condemnation action.

Mr. Priest explained that substantial agreement had been reached relative to
the subject; however, the formal documents had not yet been delivered. He,
therefore, requested a one week continuance.
MOTION: Agency Member Bay moved to continue the subject condemnation hearing
for one week. Agency Member Pickler seconded the motion. Agency Member Roth
abstained. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Roth moved to adjourn. Agency Member Pickler
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (10:07 a.m.)
