Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:05 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Pickler moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held September 10 and September 17, 1985. Agency Member Kaywood
abstained on the minutes of September 17, 1985 since she was not present at
that meeting. Agency Member Bay seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$22,024.26, in accordance with the 1985-86 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by
Agency Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on
the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161/123: Authorizing the Executive Director to execute a Certificate of
Completion for construction of the office building located at 225 South Harbor
Boulevard and to release the Escrow Account No. 001-111-531 established at E1
Camino Bank in accordance with Section 216 of the Disposition and Development
Agreement with Ami1 Shabo
2. 161/107: Approving demolition and site clearance of residential
structures located at 118 South Philadelphia Street and 203, 209 and 211 South
Olive Street due to no bids being received for sale of said properties.
3. 161/123: Authorizing an agreement with Port & F1or, Inc., for certain
relocation services in Project Alpha. MOTION CARRIED.

161/114: Chairman Roth announced that a quorum was not anticipated for the
October 8, 1985 Redevelopment Agency meeting due to the Annual League of
California Cities to be held in San Francisco October 9, 1985.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Roth moved to adjourn. Agency Member Overholt
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (10:06 a.m.)
