property owned by Ervin G. and Lois V. Cook, generally located at 212-216 West
Third Street.
Chairman Roth asked if anyone was present to speak to the subject proposed
acquisition; no one was present.

Agency Member Pickler offered Resolution No. ARA85-29 for adoption, finding
and determining the public interest and necessity for acquiring and
authorizing the condemnation of certain real property within the Redevelopment
Project Area and authorizing the law firm of Oliver, Stoever & Laskin to
proceed, as recommended in memorandum dated November 20, 1985 from the
Community Development Department. Refer to Resolution Book.
