Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:08 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Roth moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held February 4, 1986. Agency Member Bay seconded the motion. Agency
Member Kaywood was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
65,558.53, in accordance with the 1985 -86 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by
Agency Member Roth, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on
the Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Roth seconded the motion. Agency
Member Kaywood was absent.
1. 161/128: Receiving and filing the Financial Statement dated January 31,
1986.
2. 161/128: Authorizing the payment of an amount not to exceed $15,500 for a
relocation claim, Code No. 0 -850.
3. 161/123: Authorizing an Agreement to Rescind Disposition and Development
Agreement with Hurst Associates for development of Parcel No. 5, at the
northeast corner of Lincoln Avenue and Anaheim Boulevard, and approving the
refund of the Good Faith Deposit in the amount of $25,000.
End of Consent Calendar. Agency Member Kaywood was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
Norm Priest, Director of Community Development and Planning, announced that he
was withdrawing his request for a Closed Session and would bring the matter of
potential litigation back in one week.
Agency Member Kaywood entered the Council Chambers. (10:09 a.m.)
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Roth moved to adjourn. Agency Member Pickler
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (10:09 a.m.)
