Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:07 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Pickler moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held June 17, 1986. Agency Member Overholt seconded the motion.
Agency Member Kaywood was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
3093,327.02, in accordance with the 1985 -86 Budget, were approved.
161/121: CONDEMNATION HEARING - 214 WEST CHESTNUT STREET: To consider the
acquisition of property owned by Virginia Benner, generally located at 214
West Chestnut Street.
Submitted was report dated June 19, 1986 from the Community Development
Department, recommending adoption of the proposed resolution relative to
condemnation.
City Attorney Jack White stated the record contained copies of the
Redevelopment Plan and the Agency had the benefit of all the testimony
previously taken at public hearings in connection with the adoption of that
plan.
Chairman Roth asked if anyone wished to speak relative to the proposed
acquisition; no one was present to speak.
Councilman Roth offered Resolution No. ARA86 -15 for adoption. Refer to
Resolution Book.

FINDING AND DETERMINING THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND NECESSITY FOR ACQUIRING AND

at 210 West Chestnut Street.
Agency Member Kaywood entered the Council Chamber. (10:09 a.m.)
Submitted was report dated June 16, 1986 from the Community Development
Department regarding the proposed condemnation.
