Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:05 a.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
77,484.54, in accordance with the 1986 -87 Budget, were approved.
161/128: PUBLIC HEARING - STATEMENTS OF EXISTING OBLIGATIONS AND EXISTING
PROGRAMS: To consider the Statement of Existing Programs, which lists the
specific public and private projects, programs, or activities approved prior
to January 1, 1986, which are necessary for the orderly completion of the
Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha as it existed on January 1,
1986; and the Statement of Existing Obligations, which describes each existing
obligation, the total amount of the existing obligation, the annual payments
required to be made by the Agency pursuant to the existing obligation, and the
date the existing obligation will be discharged in full.
PUBLIC NOTICE REQUIREMENTS MET BY:
A notice of the time and place of the public was transmitted to the California
Department of Housing and Community Development, that legally prescribed 15
days prior to the public hearing; such notice being published once a week for
two successive weeks prior to the public hearing (August 5 and 12, 1986).
STAFF INPUT:
Submitted was report dated August 8, 1986 from Lisa Stipkovich, Assistant
Executive Director of Community Development & Planning.
Director of Community Development & Planning, Norm Pirest, briefed the subject
report, which recommended that the Agency adopt the proposed resolutions.
Chairman Roth asked if anyone wished to speak either to challenge the findings
or to take exception to the proceeding; there were no response.
The public hearing was closed.
Agency Member Roth offered Resolution Nos. ARA86 -22 and ARA86 -23 for adoption,
adopting a Statement of Existing Programs and making certain findings with

respect thereto and adopting a Statement of Existing Obligations and making
certain findings with respect thereto. Refer to Resolution Book.
