A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 12:30 p.m. on May 22, 1987 at the Civic Center front
lobby window, containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order at 1:35 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held May 5, 1987. Agency Member Bay seconded the motion. Agency
Member Pickler was absent. One Vacancy. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
164,321.45, in accordance with the 1986-87 Budget, were approved.
Agency Member Pickler entered the Council Chambers. (1:36 p.m.)
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by
Agency Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161.: Receiving and filing the Monthly Status Report for the Month of
April 1987.
2. 116.118: The following claim was filed against the Agency and action
taken as recommended:
a. Claim submitted by Judy Chain, dba Scotterville for property damage
sustained purportedly due to actions of the City on or about December 23, 1986.
