A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 12:00 noon on May 29, 1987 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order at 1:47 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held May 12 and 19, 1987. Agency Member Hunter seconded the motion.
One Vacancy. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
596,018. 9, in accordance with the 1 6- 7 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by
Agency Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161.128: Receiving and filing the Financial Report for the period ended
April 30, 1987.
2. 161.123: Authorizing an agreement with ELS/Elbasani & Logan, Architects,
in an amount not to exceed X137,500, to provide architectural services for
overall project area analysis and site specific analysis for the existing and
potential redevelopment project areas.
3. 161.123: Authorizing an agreement with Sedway Cook Associates in an
amount not to exceed $137,500 to provide professional planning services for
overall project area analysis and site specific analysis for existing and
potential redevelopment project areas.
4. 161.123 to be 161.123 DD&A: Approving the selection of a master or single
developer for development of Parcel 10, 6.6 acres located on the south side of
Oak Street, East of Lemon Street, and west of Anaheim Boulevard; Parcel 14,
8.6 acres located east of Olive Street, south of Lincoln Avenue; and Parcel
.,~.. 22, 12 acres located north and east of Olive Street, north of Lincoln Avenue
in downtown Project Alpha.

5. 161.123: Authorizing the First Amendment to the Disposition and
Development Agreement with Anaheim Memorial Manor to amend the method of
payment of the purchase price and to accommodate certain terms and conditions
imposed by HUD and approving changes to final construction drawings, color
selection and building materials for the project.
