A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 2:45 p.m. on June 12, 1987 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order at 1:42 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the meeting
held June 2, 1987. Agency Member Pickier seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
95,348.10, in accordance with the 1986-87 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Bay, seconded by Agency
,._., Mem er Kaywoo , the ollowing actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161.158: Authorizing payment of an amount not to exceed X104,781.75 for a
relocation claim, Case No. ARA 859-OB.
2. 161.158: Authorizing payment of an amount not to exceed X18,165.05 for a
relocation claim, Case No. ARA 860-TB.
End of Consent Calendar. MOTION CARRIED.
161.158: PUBLIC HEARING - SALE OF AGENCY OWNED PROPERTY: To consider the
sale of personal property, miscellaneous fixtures and equipment, including
metal racks, terminal, battery charger, compressor, refrigerator, and shelves
to R. Inabinette, Arlo Truck Parts, for the sum of X1,105.
Submitted was report dated June 8, 1987 from the Manager of Restoration and
Property Services, recommending the subject proposed sale and directing the
Agency General Counsel to prepare the necessary documents for the sale in the
amount of $1,105.
PUBLIC NOTICE REQUIREMENTS MET BY:
Publication in Anaheim Bulletin May 29 and June 2, 1987.
Norm Priest, Director of Community Development & Planning, explained this is
property acquired as part of the Agency's Acquisition Program. The Agency

advertised for bids but no bids were received. Prior to disposing of the
property, it is required that a public hearing be held.
Chairman Bay asked if anyone wished to speak relative to the subject sale;
there was no response.
Chairman Bay closed the public hearing.
MOTION: Agency Member Bay moved to approve the sale of personal property,
miscellaneous fixtures and equipment, including metal racks, terminal, battery
charger, compressor, refrigerator, and shelves to R. Inabinette, Arlo Truck
Parts, for the sum of $1,105. Agency Member Kaywood seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
