A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 1:00 p.m. on July 3, 1987 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order at 1:48 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the nest regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
105,065.38, in accordance with the 1987-88 Budget, were approved.
REQUEST FOR CLOSED SESSION: Agency Counsel Jack White requested a Closed
--- Session to allow the Agency to confer with its attorney regarding pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), to wit:
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency vs. Mazza Properties, Orange County
Superior Court Case No. 48-22-26.
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency vs. Dusek, Orange County Superior Court
Case No. 41-24-61.
Agency Member Bay moved to recess into Closed Session. Agency Member Ehrle
seconded the motion. Agency Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED.

AFTER RECESS: The Chairman reconvened the meeting, all Redevelopment Agency
Members being present with the exception of Agency Member Pickler. (2:05 p.m.)
161.112: ORANGE COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT CASE N0. 48-22-26: Agency Member Bay
moved to authorize the law firm of Oliver, Stoever, Barr & Einboden, Special
Counsel to the Agency, to make settlement of Orange County Superior Court Case
No. 48-22-26 in the amount of X185,000, including interest and costs, and any
other claims related to the loss of good will or pre-condemnation damages, and
to prepare and file a Final Order of Condemnation. Agency Member Hunter
seconded the motion. Agency Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED.

161.112: ORANGE COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT CASE N0. 41-24-61: Agency Member Bay
moved to defer Anaheim Redevelopment Agency vs. Dusek, Orange County Superior
Court Case No. 41-24-61 to the next regular meeting. Agency Member Hunter
seconded the motion. Agency Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
RECESS: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by Agency Member Ehrle,
the Redevelopment Agency recessed to 3:00 p.m. for a point public hearing with
the City Council, to be held in the Celebrity Theatre, located at the
northeast corner of Broadway and 42nd Street. Agency Member Pickler was
absent. MOTION CARRIED. (2:08 p.m.)
