A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 11:00 a. m. on July 10, 1987 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order at 1:30 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
86,790.26, is accordance with the 1987-88 Budget, were approved.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST:
~-. Mrs. Helen Payne, 1406 Castle Avenue, Anaheim CA 92802 - address the Agency
representing Harold E. Smith, who is spokesman for the area bounded by
Colonial Avenue, Hempstead, Feather and Chalet, which is contained within the
pro3ect area of the Katella Redevelopment Plan. She submitted a petition
signed by 120 residents within the area requesting that their properties be
excluded from the Katella Redevelopment Plan Pro3ect Area.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Bay moved to ad3ourn. Agency Member Hunter
seconded the motion. Agency Members Pickler and Kaywood were absent. MOTION
CARRIED. (1:39 p.m.)
