ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST:
Mr. William Erickson, North Street, Anaheim, addressed the Agency noting that
considerable sums of money are expended in payments for relocation costs by
the Agency, and inquiring whether the identity of the recipients can be listed
on the Agency Agenda.
Executive Director, Norm Priest, advised that it has been Agency policy to
refer only to the case number on the agenda, as many businesses and
individuals have preferred that their identity remain confidential. He
pointed out that because each payment is unique, the relocation accounts are
audited quarterly to insure that they are administered within the
Redevelopment Law.
