PRESENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: Overholt, Kaywood, Bay, Roth and Seymour ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None PRESENT: ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER: William T. Hopkins CITY ATTORNEY: William P. Hopkins ACTING SECRETARY: Leonora N. Sohl EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norman J. Priest Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:22 p.m. MINUTES: Mrs. Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meetings held January 5, 1982, and February 9, 1982. Mr. Bay seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $53,632.27, which amount included Series B Bond payment, in accordance with the 1981 -82 Budget, were approved. 161.123: EXTENDING THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE AGREEMENT - ANAHEIM CHAMBER OF COMMERCE BUILDING: Mr. Roth moved to extend the Exclusive Right to Negotiate Agreement with the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce Building, Inc., and Obie Moore, for a ninety -day period through May 19, 1982, as recommended in memorandum dated February 17, 1982, from the Executive Director of Community Development, Norman Priest. Mr. Bay seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. 161.123: CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION authorize the Executive Director to Completion for the Willdan Building the northeast corner of Anaheim Bou memorandum dated February 17, 1982, Development. Mr. Norman Priest also noted that a revision to the Certificate of Completion was necessitated to indicate that those certain conditions to be met are referred to in both the agreement and the grant deed. 161.123: EXECUTION OF LOAN DOCUMENTS FOR PARCEL 15 - 10C bSSOCI- -11EIL & STOOKEY: Mrs. Kaywood offered Resolution No. ARA82 -8 for adoption, aut the execution of a Certificate regarding City- Agency Parking Agreement, Participation Agreement, Estoppel Certificates and other acts and documents, relating to issuance of SB -99 tax exempt bonds for the Willdan Building construction, as recommended in memorandum dated February 17, 1982, from the Executive Director of Community Development, Norman Priest.
