Anaheim Civic Center, REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES
April 13, 1982, 1:00 P.M.

Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order at 2:22 p.m.
MINUTES Mr. Overholt moved to approve the minutes of the regular meetings
held March 30 and April 6, 1982. Mr. Roth seconded the motion. Agency
Members Bay and Kaywood abstained on the March 30th minutes and Agency
Members Overholt and Seymour abstained on the April 6th minutes. MOTION
CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount
of $3,539.26, in accordance with the 1981 -82 Budget, were approved.
161.158: PUBLIC HEARING - SALE OF AGENCY -OWNED PERSONAL PROPERTY To
consider the sale of certain Agency -owned personal property to Anaheim
American Legion Post No. 72 in accordance with Section 33431 of the Health
and Safety Code and to direct Agency Counsel to prepare the necessary
documents therefor.
Mr. Norm Priest, Executive Director of Community Development, briefed the
Agency on his report dated April 7, 1982 relative to the subject proposed
sale.
The Chairman asked to hear from those either in favor or in opposition;
there being no response, he closed the public hearing.
Mr. Bay offered Resolution No. ARA82 -19 for adoption, authorizing the sale
of Agency -owned property to Anaheim American Legion Post No. 72 as recommended.
