Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 1:41 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Bay moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held June 8 and June 15, 1982. Agency Member Kaywood seconded the
motion. Agency Member Pickler abstained. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
435,029.29, in accordance with the 1982 -83 Budget, were approved.
161.128: FINANCIAL STATEMENTS DATED MAY 31, 1982: Agency Member Bay moved to
receive and file Financial Statements dated May 31, 1982, as submitted by the
Executive Director, Norman Priest. Agency Member Overholt seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
161.158: RELOCATION CLAIMS PENDING NINETY OR MORE DAYS, INCLUDING CASE NO-
TB-207: Agency Member Pickler moved to receive and file the report on
Relocation Claims pending ninety or more days, including Case No. TB -207, as
reported in memorandum dated July 6, 1982, from the Executive Director of
Community Development, Norman Priest. Agency Member Kaywood seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
161.107: REHABILITATION SITE CLEARANCE GRADING AND CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS,
CONTRACT 90. D82 -7: Agency Member Kaywood offered Resolution No. ARA82 -38 for
adoption, accepting the low bid of Martin Resnick Construction Company at a
cost to the Agency of $98,860 for structural rehabilitation, site clearance,
grading and construction improvements for the Neighborhood Preservation Site
Office located at 206 North Olive Street; and in the event the low bidder
fails to post required bonds or insurance, accept the second low bid of Jordon
Development Corporation at a cost to the Agency of $98,995, Contract No.
D82 -7, as recommended in memorandum dated July 6, 1982, from the Executive
Director. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. ARA82 -38: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
ACCEPTING A SEALED PROPOSAL AND AWARDING A CONTRACT TO THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE
BIDDER FOR STRUCTURAL REHABILITATION, SITE CLEARANCE, GRADING AND CONSTRUCTION
OF IMPROVEMENTS AT 206 NORTH OLIVE STREET. (D82 -7)

The Chairman declared Resolution No. ARA82 -38 duly passed and adopted.
Agency Member Bay asked Mr. Priest to provide him with a one -page sheet giving
a report on the total cost of the subject improvements.
161.123: RELEASE OF GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT - ANAHEIM FINANCIAL CENTER: Agency
Member Bay moved to authorize the release of the Good Faith Deposit posted by
Anaheim Financial Center in connection with their Exclusive Right to Negotiate
Agreement for development of Parcels 8 and 9 bounded by Harbor Boulevard,
Broadway, Lemon Street and West Lincoln Avenue, as recommended in memorandum
dated July 6, 1982, from the Executive Director. Agency Member Pickler
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
161.152: PROFESSIONAL AUDIT SERVICES - PRICE WATERHOUSE - $20 MILLION BOND
ISSUE, SERIES "C ": Agency Member Kaywood moved to authorize payment in the
"°- amount of $3,500 to Price Waterhouse for professional audit services performed
in connection with the $20 Million Bond Issue, Series C, as recommended in
memorandum dated July 1, 1982, from the Executive Director. Agency Member
Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
161.123: AGREEMENT FOR RELOCATION SERVICES WITH PORT AND FLOR, INC: Agency
Member Pickler moved to authorize a Fourth Agreement with Port and Flor, Inc.,
in an amount not to exceed $50,000 for Project Alpha relocation services, as
recommended in memorandum dated June 30, 1982, from the Executive Director.
Agency Member Kaywood seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Kaywood moved to adjourn. Agency Member Overholt
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (1:45 p.m.)
