Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 1:20 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held June 22, June 29 and July 6, 1982. Agency Member Bay seconded
the motion. Agency Member Pickler abstained, since he was not an Agency
Member at that time. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
17,633.54, in accordance with the 1982 -83 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Fickler, seconded by
Agency Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161.158: Additional payment of $3,887 for a relocation claim previously
approved, bringing the total to an amount not to exceed $96,887, Case No.
207 -TB.
2. 161.123: An Exclusive Right to Negotiate agreement with Mazza Properties,
Inc., for Parcel 4c, bounded by Old Lincoln Avenue, Philadelphia Street, and
the alley south of Old Lincoln, term ending October 1, 1982; and authorizing
an Exclusive Right to Negotiate agreement with Mazza Properties, Inc., for
Parcels 4d and e, bounded by Lincoln Avenue, Olive Street, Philadelphia
Street, and the alley south of Old Lincoln Avenue, term.ending October 1, 1982.
MOTION CARRIED.
161.123: NEIGHB ORHOOD PRESERVATION PROGRAM OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT AND
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT - 900 EAST CYPRESS STREET - A.P. NO. 035 - 232 -02:
Property Services Manager Robert Lyons stated that staff recommended a
one -week continuance on the subject agreements with Alan Kay and LaDel Marie
Clendenen for rehabilitation of property located at 900 East Cypress Street,
within Project Alpha.
Chairman Roth asked that the matter be continued for two weeks in order to
permit the liaison committee an opportunity to discuss the proposed agreements.
By general consent, consideration of the subject agreements was continued for
two weeks.
