Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 9:55 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held November 29, 1983. Agency Member Bay seconded the motion.
Agency Member Overholt abstained, since he was not present at that meeting.
Agency Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
13,516.59 and 173,458 for Series "C" Bonds for the period ending December
23, 1983, and $16,225.34 and $155,379.13 for Series "C" Bonds for the period
ending December 30, 1983, in accordance with the 1983 -84 Budget, were approved.
--- CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by
Agency Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on
the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161.157: Approving the final construction drawings for the proposed Towne
Center Shopping Center to be constructed on Parcel D located at the southeast
corner of Lincoln Avenue and Clementine Street; Watt Commercial Properties,
developer.
2. 161.182: Receiving and filing the update on neighborhood preservation in
the downtown Redevelopment Project Alpha.
3. 161.128: Receiving and filing the Financial Reports dated November 30,
1983.
4. 161.128: Receiving and filing the Independent Audit Report submitted by
Price Waterhouse and Company for the year ended June 30, 1983.
Agency Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
161: MONTHLY STATUS REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER 1983: Agency Member Bay
noted that under Engineering Division Projects (Attachment 2 of the subject
report), Project No. 13, Lakeview /La Palma Avenue Street and Traffic Signal
Improvements, the status as of December 1 indicated that the Notice to Proceed
was issued August 5, 1983, but there was a utility delay. He questioned the
utilities involved, if the project had been started and when it would be
completed.

Agency Member Pickler entered the Council Chambers. (9:57 a.m.)
Mr. Art Daw, Acting City Engineer, explained that the three utilities involved
were the Telephone Company, Gas Company and Storer Cable. The contractor and
subcontractor were to be meeting at the job site that morning.
Agency Member Bay surmised then that the work would be commencing today; Mr.
Daw stated hopefully, but, if not, they would be finding out what was
happening.
MOTION: Agency Member Bay moved to receive and file the Monthly Status Report
for the month of November 1983. Agency Member Overholt seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Roth moved to adjourn. Agency Member Overholt
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (9:58 a.m.)
