MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$260,352.07 and $176,812.83 - Series C Bonds, in accordance with the 1983 -84
Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Roth, seconded by Agency
Member Kaywood, the following action was authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161/123: Authorizing a letter agreement with Rollins Burdick Hunter in an
amount totaling $2,028, cost shared on 50/50 basis by Redevelopment Agency and

coverage, for the term May 6, 1984 through September 1, 1984.
Motion Carried. (Agency Member Overholt was absent)
161/127: POLITICAL ADVERTISING SIGNS: Chairman Roth noted that several
boarded up buildings on East Lincoln Avenue were being used for political
advertising signs. He was concerned that by the time the June primary and
November elections were over, that the proliferation of such signage would
further deteriorate the appearance of those buildings. He asked that, "post
no bills" be stenciled on the buildings to discourage the offenders.
Mr. Norman Priest, Executive Director of Community Development, stated that
they would investigate the matter and take appropriate action but, as a point
of information, those structures were under a contract and scheduled to be
demolished shortly.
AJOURNMENT: Agency Member Kaywood moved to adjourn. Agency Member Bay
seconded the motion. Agency Member Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
