Chairman Pro Tem Pickler called the regular meeting of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency to order at 9:58 a.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Overholt moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held March 20 and 27, 1984. Agency Member Bay seconded the motion.
Agency Member Kaywood abstained from voting on the minutes of March 27, 1984,
since she was not present. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
27,305.64 and 319,887.12, Series "C" Bonds, in accordance with the 1983 -84
Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by
Agency Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on
the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161/118: Rejecting a claim filed by Brian Ausbarn for personal property
loss sustained purportedly due to actions of the Redevelopment Agency at 307
West Broadway, on or about February 24 and 27, 1984, and referring said claim
to Risk Management.
2. 161: Receiving and filing the Monthly Status Report for the month of
April 1984.
3. 161/123: Authorizing the First Amendment to an Agreement with Clay
Publicom, Inc., to assist in the development and implementation of a public
information program, increasing the maximum compensation to $50,000.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Kaywood moved to adjourn. Agency Member Bay
seconded the motion. Agency Member Roth was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
