Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 10:00 a.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
49,044.63 and 865,068.32 Series 'C' Bonds, in accordance with the 1983 -84
Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Roth, seconded by Agency
Member Overholt, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161/128: Receiving and filing the Financial Report dated May 31, 1984.
2. 161/128: Approving a Certificate of Conformance for real property located
at 217 North Helena, owned by Martha K. Schumacher, verifying said property is
in compliance with the Redevelopment Project Alpha Plan and providing for
continued maintenance of the site.
3. 161/128: Approving a Certificate of Conformance for real property located
at 209, 209A, B. and C, Clementine Street, owned by Steve M. and Nettie A.
Koskondy, verifying said property is in compliance with the Redevelopment
Project Alpha Plan and providing for continued maintenance of the site.
4. 161/128: Approving a Certificate of Conformance for real property located
at 209 North Helena Street, owned by Vivian Waite, verifying said property is
in compliance with the Redevelopment Project Alpha Plan and providing for
continued maintenance of the site.
5. 161/128: Approving a Certificate of Conformance for real property located
at 212 North Helena Street, owned by Alphonse J. and Raffaella Migilore,
verifying said property is in compliance with the Redevelopment Project Alpha
Plan and providing for continued maintenance of the site.
6. 161/128: Approving a Certificate of Conformance for real property located
at 201, 201 1/2, 203, and 203 1/2 Helena Street, owned by Vincent J. and Joan
M. Mariola, verifying said property is in compliance with the Redevelopment
Project Alpha Plan and providing for continued maintenance of the site.

7. 161/128: Authorizing a Negotiation Agreement with William E. and Helen
Fackner for development of 306 West Cypress Street and 227 North Clementine
Street with a 3 —unit rental project.
8. 161/128: Accepting the completion of improvements to the Towne Center
Neighborhood Shopping Center, Parcels 1 thru 7 of Development Parcel D, Watt
Commercial Properties, Inc., developer; authorizing the Executive Director to
execute and file a Notice of Completion therefor; and authorizing release of
the Good Faith Deposit in the amount of $37,500.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Roth moved to adjourn. Agency Member Pickler
