A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 3:00 p.m. on April 22, 1988, at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order at 1:37 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
44,793.16, in accordance with the 1987-88 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS:- On motion by Agency Member Bay, seconded by Agency
~'°' Member Hunter, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Pickler was absent.
1. 161.158: Authorizing payment of the relocation claim for Case
No. ARA 870-TB which is necessary to provide comparable space and to enable
the business to continue its operations at a new location. The total is not
to exceed $20,000 and includes moving expenses, a tenant improvement
allowance, a payment in lieu of temporary relocation, and other miscellaneous
eligible expenses.
2. 161.158: Authorizing payment of the relocation claim for Case
No. ARA 871-TB which is necessary to provide comparable space and to enable
the business to continue its operations at a new location. The total is not
to exceed $32,000 and includes moving expenses, a tenant improvement
allowance, a payment in lieu of temporary relocation, and other miscellaneous
eligible expenses.
3. 161.123: Approving the Second Amendment to the Disposition and
Development Agreement with Anaheim Memorial Manor which accomplishes certain
modifications in the DDA, and sets the cost for Agency-required items at
$407,255 and a $45,000 obligation to be paid by the Agency for related
architectural fees. The Agency will then receive $22,245 cash from sale of
land and hold back a note for $275,500 at 7% interest per annum.
