A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 11:45 a.m. on October 28, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order at 6:40 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held September 20, 1988. Agency Member Pickler seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$22,681.31, in accordance with the 1988-89 Budget, were approved.
"""" CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by
Agency Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161: Receiving and filing the Quarterly Status Report from the Community
Development Department for July 1, 1988 to September 30, 1988.
2. 161.158: Authorizing the payment of a relocation claim, Case No. 873-OR,
in an amount not to exceed $15,500 for replacement housing and fixed moving
expenses.
3. 161.123: Approving a Negotiation Agreement with Lincoln Property Company
to exclusively negotiate for a 120 day period of time Yegarding residential
development of parcels 14, 22, and 4d, incorporating commercial development on
parcel 4d, relocating and rehabilitating the Union Pacific Train Depot, and
responsibility for offsite improvements.
4. Approving the final construction drawings for 211/217 North Clementine.

ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST:
Mr. Jim Woodin, representing the Celebrity Theatre, reported that the Kick
„~,,, Boxing and the Religious Event which were recently approved for the theatre by
the City Redevelopment Agency have been withdrawn. He expressed appreciation
for the support of the City and also announced the scheduling of a second
major musical in 1989 - Robert Goulet in the national tour of South Pacific.
