Lisa Stipkovich, Director of Community Development. Staff indicated the "Offering" (as opposed to request for proposals) would be left open through the Fall of 1989 but any developer that would bring forward a proposal as soon as the offering is issued, would be processed through the staff, Commission and the Agency as soon as possible. They do not intend to hold this open for six months if they receive offers that are acceptable on all of the parcels. There is no date required for submission other than after this is issued to the public. Agency Member Daly. He surmises then if they receive a quality proposal, for example, in July, staff will evaluate it and bring it forward immediately. Lisa Stipkovich. She confirmed that was correct. They hope to get proposals within 30 to 60 days from when the offering is issued. End of Consent Calendar.
