A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 4:00 p.m. on February 24, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 1:37 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Ehrle moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held January 31, 1989. Agency Member Pickler seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$13,733.24, in accordance with the 1988 -89 Budget, were approved.
161.158: RELOCATION CLAIM NO. 876 -OR: Agency Member Ehrle moved to authorize
payment of Relocation Claim, Case No. 876 -OR (De Leon), in an amount not to
exceed $17,478.52 - $15,000 for replacement housing, and $2,478.52 for actual
moving expenses, as recommended in memorandum dated February 21, 1989 from the
Community Development Department. Agency Member Pickler seconded -the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.

ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Hunter moved to adjourn. Agency Member Kaywood
