A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 2:30 p.m. on May 5, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 1:37 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held April 11, 1989. Agency Member Hunter seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$959,801.55, in accordance with the 1988 -89 Budget, were approved.
CLOSED SESSION: City Attorney Jack White requested a Closed Session to
consider the following items:
a. To confer with its attorney regarding pending litigation pursuant
to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) to wit: ARA vs Robert
Inabinette, Orange County Superior Court Case No. 56- 48 -86. (Held in
conjunction with City Council Closed Session at 4 :00 p.m.)
City Attorney White announced that the Agency Closed Session was held in
conjunction with the City Council Closed Session which started at 12:00 noon.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST:
No items of public interest were addressed.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Hunter moved to adjourn. Agency Member Kaywood
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (1:38 p.m.)
