A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment_
Agency was posted at 3:55 p.m. on May 19, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Vice Chairman Kaywood called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order at 1:56 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Pickler moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held April 25 and May 2, 1989. Agency Member Ehrle seconded the
motion. Agency Member Hunter was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$315,422.27, in accordance with the 1988 -89 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by
Agency Member Daly, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on
the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161.123: Approving a two year agreement with Linda S. Congleton and
Associates (LCA), in an amount not to exceed $135,000 for economic consultant
services in the Plaza Survey Area. (Continued from the meeting of May 16,
1989 - Agency 1.)
2. 161.123: Terminating the agreement with Programmed Maintenance as
amended, dated October 2, 1984, for maintenance services on Agency owned
properties, effective June 22, 1989.
3. 161.123: Approving an agreement with King, Weiser, Edelman and Bazar to
provide legal services to the Agency.
End of Consent Calendar. Agency Member Hunter was absent. MOTIONS CARRIED.

No items of public interest were addressed.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Kaywood moved to adjourn. Agency Member Pickler
seconded the motion. Agency Member Hunter was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
