MINUTES Approval of minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of 101,139.61, in accordance with the 1978 -79 Budget, were approved. Mr. Overholt entered the meeting, 1:06 P.M. 161.123: AGREEMENT. ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR GEORGE WASHINGTON SCHOOL MODIFICATION - DAVIS- DUHAIME ASSOCIATES In accordance with report and recommendation by the Executive Director, Mr. Seymour offered Resolution No. ARA79 -40 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO. ARA79 -40 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH WILLIAM H. DAVIS, INC., dba DAVIS- DUHAIME ASSOCIATES AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT. EXECUTIVE SESSION On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Overholt, the Redevelopment Agency recessed into Executive Session. MOTION it CARRIED. (1 :07 P.M.) AFTER RECESS Chairman Seymour called the meeting to order, all mem- bers being present. (1 :14 P.M.) 161.121: FINAL ORDER OF CONDEMNATION, SUPERIOR COURT CASE NO. 29- 04 -11 In accordance with recommendations by the Executive Director and the City Attorney, Mr. Seymour moved that the firm of Oliver, Stoever and Laskin be authorized to settle condemnation in Superior Court Case No. 29- 04 -11, in an amount not to exceed $117,500 plus interest of 7% per annum, and further, to prepare and file the Final Order of Condem- nation. Mr. Roth seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn.
