Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevel-
opment Agency to order. ^'-
MINUTES Approval of minutes was deferred to the next regular
meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the
amount of $434,597.71, in accordance with the 1979 -80 Budget, were
approved.
161.128: FINANCIAL STATEMENTS. PERIOD ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1979:
On motion by Mr. Bay, seconded by Mr. Roth, Redevelopment Agency
Financial Statements for Redevelopment Project Alpha were ordered
received and filed, as recommended by the Executive Director.
MOTION CARRIED.
161.128: QUARTERLY AUDIT REPORT - RELOCATION ACCOUNT, OCTOBER 1,
1979 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1979 On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded
by Mr. Overholt, Quarterly Audit Report of the Relocation Account
for the period of October 1, 1979 through December 31, 1979, was
ordered received and filed. MOTION CARRIED.
161.123: EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE AGREEMENT, CALLENDER /GRAHAM
SALE OF EL CAMINO BANK BUILDING In accordance with recommendation
by the Executive Director, it was moved by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by
Mr. Bay, that the agreement for exclusive right to negotiate between
Callender /Graham and the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency be approved,
and the Chairman and Secretary be authorized to execute said agree-
ment, for the sale of the E1 Camino Bank Building, 106 North Claudina
Street. MOTION CARRIED.
161.112: COMMENCEME OF LITIGATION - WILKINSON CONSTRUCTION,
CONTRACT NO. D79 -1 : In accordance with report and recommendation
by the Executive Director, commencement of litigation to recover
damages from Ron Wilkinson, dba Wilkinson Construction, sustained

ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, FEBR 19, 1980, 1:00 P.M.
by the Agency in connection with Contract No. D79 -1, in the amount
of $57,650, was authorized on motion by Mr. Roth, seconded by
Mrs. Kaywood. MOTION CARRIED.
161.118: CLAIM AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Claim
against the Agency submitted by Pacific Telephone for damages to
buried cable sustained purportedly as a result of work being per-
formed for the Redevelopment Agency on or about January 4, 1980,
was denied and referred to staff, as recommended by the Redevel-
opment Agency General Counsel (Case No. 040 -11U), on motion by
Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Bay. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn.
Mr. Seymour seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
