Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevel-
opment Agency to order.
MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, minutes
of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meeting held January 29,
1980, were approved. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the
amount of $8,997.44, in accordance with the 1979 -80 Budget, were
approved.
161.128: FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, PERIOD ENDING JANUARY 31. 1980:
On motion by Mr. Roth, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, Redevelopment Agency
Financial Statements for Redevelopment Project Alpha were ordered
received and filed, as recommended by the Executive Director. MOTION
CARRIED.
161.123: REVISED SCHEDULE OF COMPENSATION RATES - KEYSER MARSTON
ASSOCIATES, INC. In accordance with recommendations by the Executive
Director, Mr. Overholt offered Resolution No. ARA80 -10 for adoption,
approving a revised schedule of rates of compensation for Keyser
Marston Associates, Inc., Economic Analyses and Market Studies Consul-
tants to the Agency. Refer to Resolution Book.

Chairman Seymour declared Resolution No. ARA80 -10 duly passed and
adopted.
161.158: RELOCATION CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY No relocation claims
pending over a ninety -day period were reported.
161: 1978 -79 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACHIEVEMENT REPORT In accord-
ance with the recommendations by the Executive Director, Mr. Bay
moved that the 1978 -79 Redevelopment Agency Achievement Report,
submitted as required under the Health and Safety Code Section
33080.1 /Agency Compliance Audit Guidelines, be received and filed.
Mr. Roth seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn.
Mr. Bay seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
