Chairman Seymour called the regular meefing of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order at 1:13 P.M.
MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Overholt, minutes of
the regular meeting held June 10, 1980, were approved subject to corrections
noted. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount
of $5,177.32, in accordance with the 1980-81 Budget, were approved.
161.107: CHANGE ORDER N0. 1 CONTRACT NO. D80 -4: In accordance with
recommendation by the Executive Director, Mr. Bay moved that Change Order
No. 1, Contract No. D80 -4, for inclusion of material required to complete
improvements for two temporary parking lots in the Downtown Project Area,
in the amount of $174, be approved, bringing the original contract price
to $4,192; Hardy and Harper, Inc., Contractors. Mrs. Kaywood seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
161.107: FINAL ACCEPTANCE DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE - CONTRACT
N0. D80 -4 : In accordance with the certificate filed by the Executive
Director, Mrs. Kaywood offered Resolution No. ARA80 -42 for adoption.

RESOLUTION NO. ARA80 -42 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION AND FURNISHING OF ALL PLANT, LABOR, SERVICES,
MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL UTILITIES AND TRANSPORTATION INCLUDING
POWER, FUEL AND WATER, AND THE PERFORMANCE OF,ALL WORK NECESSARY TO COM-
PLETE A WORK OF IMPROVEMENT. (Contract No. D80-4; Hardy and Harper, Inc.)

pending over a ninety -day period were reported.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Overholt seconded
the motion. MOTION CARRIED,
