Priest CITY ENGINEER: William Devitt Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:14 p.m. MINUTES On motion by Mr. Bay, seconded by Mr. Overholt, minutes of the regular meeting held January 13, 1981, were approved as corrected. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $6,781.59, in accordance with the 1980 -81 Budget, were approved. 161: MONTHLY STATUS REPORT - DECEMBER 1980 Monthly Status Report covering Redevelopment activities for the month of December 1980 was presented. In response to question by Mr. Bay, City Engineer William Devitt reported that over the past five years numerous meetings had been held with officials of the railroads involved in the proposed underpass on Lincoln Avenue,east of Topeka Street. Although the Railroad representatives had previously appeared to be working together toward a combined railway bridge over the underpass, they now were pressing for two separate bridges, and he stated that another meeting would be held during the month of February. Mr. Devitt further advised that cost estimates on the basis of the two alternatives at 82 million dollars, Mr. Priest pointed out that both the Union Pacific and the Southern Pacific Railroads utilized the Union Pacific spur; further, if it were relocated, the Agency would be faced with the acquisition of costly real estate. On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Bay, the Monthly Status Report for December 1980 was ordered received and filed. MOTION CARRIED. 161.158: RELOCATION CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY No relocation claims pending over a ninety -day period were reported. 81 -12 ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, FEBRUARY 3, 1981, 1:00 P.M.
