Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order at 1 :26 p.m.
MINUTES On motion by Mr. Bay, Seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, minutes of the
regular meetings held January 20 and 27, 1981, were approved. MOTION
CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount
of $21,803.68, in accordance with the 1980-81 Budget, were approved.
161: QUARTERLY AUDIT REPORT - REDEVELOPMENT RELOCATION ACCOUNT PERIOD
ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1980 In accordance with recommendations by the
Executive Director, Mrs. Kaywood moved that the Redevelopment Relocation
Account Audit Report for the period of October 1, 1980 to December 31,
1980, be ordered received and filed. Mr. Overholt seconded the motion,
MOTION CARRIED.
161: FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, PE RIOD ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1980: On motion
by Mr. Bay, seconded by Mr. Overholt, Redevelopment Agency Financial
Statements for Redevelopment Project Alpha were ordered received and
filed, as recommended by the Executive Director. MOTION CARRIED.
161.123: AGREEMENT - OLIVER STOEVE LASKIN, SPECIAL COUNSEL:
Redevelopment Manager Robert Lyons briefed the Executive Director's
recommendation for approval of an agreement for legal services in the
acquisition of real property for the Agency.
Responding to questions by Agency Members, Mr. Lyons reported on
increases in the fee schedule, an average of 10 percent.
Mr_ Overholt moved that execution of the proposed agreement with Oliver,
Stoever and Laskin for legal services as Special Counsel to the Agency
in the acquisition of real property be authorized, as recommended by the
Executive Director and the City Attorney. Mr. Seymour seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.

ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Bay seconded
