Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order at 1:12 p.m.
MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Bay, minutes of the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meeting held March 10, 1981, were
approved. Mr. Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount
of $98,264.34, in accordance with the 1980 -81 Budget, were approved.
161.128: FINANCIAL STATEMENTS PERIOD ENDING FEBRUARY 28 1981 On motion
by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Bay, Redevelopment Agency Financial State-
ments for Redevelopment Project Alpha were ordered received and filed, as
recommended by the Executive Director. Mr. Overholt was absent. MOTION
CARRIED.
161: MONTHLY STATUS REPORT - FEBRUARY 1981 On motion by Mrs. Kaywood,
seconded by Mr. Bay, the Monthly Status Report covering Redevelopment
activities for the month of February 1981, was ordered received and filed.
Mr. Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
161.121: PUBLIC HEARING - CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY 121 -125
NORTH CLEMENTINE STREET A hearing on proposed acquisition of property
owned by Pacific Telephone Company, generally located at 121 and 125 North
Clementine Street (southwest corner of Chartres and Clementine Streets),
was scheduled for March 17, 1981, and continued to this date and time.
In accordance with recommendations by the Executive Director, the subject
hearing was removed from the Agency agenda, pending future consideration
of a proposed participation agreement, on motion by Mr. Roth, seconded by
Mrs. Kaywood. Mr. Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mr. Bay moved to adjourn. Mrs. Kaywood seconded the
motion. Mr. Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
