Chairman Pro Tem Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency to order at 1:11 p.m.
MINUTES Approval of minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount
of $866.62, in accordance with the 1981 -82 Budget, were approved.
161.123: AGREEMENT, BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIA-
TION - SERIES "B" BOND ISSUE FISCAL SERVICES In accordance with
recommendations by the Executive Director, Mr. Bay moved that am agreement
with Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association be authorized,
to provide fiscal agent services in connection with the $10 million issue
of the Series "B" Bond Issue. Mrs. Kaywood seconded the motion.
Mr. Seymour was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
161.181: PUBLIC HEARING - TRANSFER OF HISTORIC MEMENTOS Public hearing
was held to consider the transfer to the City of Anaheim of certain his-
toric mementos acquired by the Agency.
Chairman Pro Tem Roth asked if anyone wished to address the Redevelopment
Agency concerning the proposed transfer; there being no response, he
declared the public hearing closed.
Mrs. Kaywood offered Resolution No. ARA81 -18 for adoption,approving the
transfer of certain historic mementos (four hanging light fixtures and
thirteen pews from Agency property at 221 West Broadway), as recommended
by the Executive Director. Refer to Resolution Book.

ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mr. Overholt moved to adjourn. Mrs. Kaywood
seconded the motion. Mr. Seymour was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
