Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order at 1:16 p.m.
MINUTES On motion by Mr. Bay, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, minutes of the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meetings held June 9 and July 7,
1981, were approved, as corrected. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount
of $320,454, in accordance with the 1981 -82 Budget, were approved.
161: MONTHLY STATUS REPORT - JUNE 1981 On motion by Mrs. Kaywood,
seconded by Mr. Overholt, the Monthly Status Report covering Redevelopment
activities for the month of June 1981, was ordered received and filed.
MOTION CARRIED.
161.107: FINAL ACCEPTANCE, SITE CLEARANCE, GRADING AND PERIMETER IMPROVE-
MENT WORK, CONTRACT NO. D80 -7 : In accordance with the certificate filed
by the Executive Director, Mr. Bay offered Resolution No. ARA81 -20 for
adoption, accepting the site clearance, grading and perimeter improvements
work performed on property generally bounded by realigned Lincoln Avenue,
Chartres Street, Helena Street and Clementine Street for Contract No. D80 -7.

RESOLUTION NO. ARA81 -20 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION AND FURNISHING OF ALL PLANT, LABOR,
SERVICES, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL UTILITIES AND TRANSPORTATION
INCLUDING POWER, FUEL AND WATER, AND THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL WORK
NECESSARY TO COMPLETE A WORK OF IMPROVEMENT. (Contract No. D80 -7)
