Priest Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:25 p.m. MINUTES Approval of minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $235, in accordance with the 1981 -82 Budget, were approved. 161.137: ISSUANCE OF SB -99 (COMMERCIAL) TAX EXEMPT BONDS Upon report and recommendation by the Executive Director, Mr. Overholt offered Resolution No. ARA81 -28 for adoption,authorizing the issuance of SB -99 (Commercial) Tax Exempt Bonds in an amount not to exceed $6 million, for the purpose of providing financing for commercial structures at the southeast corner of Anaheim Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue to be developed by Village Center Development Group. Refer'to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO. ARA81 -28 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FINANCING FOR COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES TO BE DEVELOPED BY VILLAGE CENTER DEVELOPMENT GROUP. Roll Call Vote: AYES: AGENCY MEMBERS: Overholt, Kaywood, Bay, Roth and Seymour NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None Chairman Seymour declared Resolution No. ARA81 -28 duly passed and adopted. 161.123: AGREEMENT WITH CONVERSE WARD DAVIS DIXON ASSOCIATES In accordance with recommendations by the Executive Director, Mr. Bay moved that agreement with Converse Ward Davis Dixon Associates in an amount not to exceed $15,000, for soils engineering consulting services, terminating June 30, 1982, be authorized.
